SERVPRO Fernandina Beach/Jax NE Participates in Local Food Drive

One of several food boxes SERVPRO employees and the company donated to the Barnabas Food Pantry.

SERVPRO Fernandina Beach/Jax NE fulfilled our role as a good corporate citizen by participating in A Household Hazardous Waste Recycling Event and Food Drive for Barnabas Center and Food Pantry held recently at Gene Lassere Blvd. in Yulee. As a participant in the event, SERVPRO recycled electronics and other hazardous items, and SERVPRO employees donated non-perishable food items to the Barnabas Food Pantry. The event was well attended, not to mention that it involved two very worthwhile causes.

We at SERVPRO Fernandina Beach/Jax NE were proud to take advantage of the opportunity to support Barnabas, a non-profit organization operating in Nassau county, which does many good works in our community. For those not familiar with Barnabas, they provide health services, crisis assistance and food programs that help people get back on their feet after crisis.
