This was the aftermath of a drain line backup in North Jacksonville Fl. It covered over 50% of the flooring in this commercial building. Thankfully they called SERVPRO shortly after the incident and we were able to save their flooring! Making this disaster "like it never even happened".

You can see in the top two images that there is a wet "water-line" on this particle board toe kick. Once this material experiences a water damage it is generally beyond repair or restoration.
