Residential Water Damage Loss

Pictured first is damaged wood flooring caused by a residential water line break in Jacksonville Florida. After returning the homeowners quickly called SERVPRO of Fernandina Beach/Yulee to extract the standing water and assist with restoring the damages. Upon inspection it was determined that the flooring was not restore-able and needed to be replaced. The second image was taken after the home was restored to its former condition and the floors replaced.
