Kingsland Home Suffers Water Damage

An improperly installed hot water heater with no pan underneath was the culprit behind this significant water event that damaged the kitchen as well as the living room and foyer in this South Georgia home. Note the rippling in this laminated wood floor. Since laminated flooring is made of pressed board, it swells and twists when waterlogged. It is almost never salvageable as a result.
